Sooo... we've spent the last week or so in montana, and due to some airline delays, mom and dad and charlee, jett, and i were able to visit paige yesterday and make her some cupcakes!!!

I just wanted to add one of my favorite Paige's Birthday memories here too...
While Paige was serving her mission in Italy she always sent lots of letters and we were able to talk to her on mother's day and christmas. but one year... probably 1998 (i think???) i got an extra special phone call. i was home alone on august 23rd... mom and dad were at work and no one else was around and i got a phone call from sorella stovall!!! she called and talked to me for just a little bit. told me how she was doing and how she decided that this year for her birthday she wanted to call home, and so she did:) she sounded so happy... and what a little daredevil she was to break the rules and call home that day. i remember thinking that paige was probably bummed that i was the only one she could get a hold of that day... instead of talking to mom and dad she had to talk to her 13 year old little sister!!! but of course she was just as excited to talk to me as she would to anyone... anyways, this is a perfect example of one of paige's traits... she was consistently inconsistent:) she was a rule follower except for her occasional rule breaking. i dont know if that even makes sense... anyways, she is sooo good and i think of her every day!!! especially today... happy birthday paige!!!

I'm feeling like those delays were a good thing. I thought it was Paige's airline curse being passed down to you (it skips a sister - knock on wood), but now I think maybe it was a little blessing - at least you turned it into one!
